Service Terms

As a digital services provider, The Webster offers web design and digital marketing solutions that are delivered via non-tangible products. Our services include, but are not limited to, website design, digital marketing strategies, SEO optimization, social media management, and more.

Refunds for Digital Services

Once a service has been rendered (e.g., website design, SEO implementation, etc.), we do not offer refunds for completed work or services that have been delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and milestones. We encourage clients to review project proposals and timelines carefully before accepting our services.

Project Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project before it has been completed, you must inform us in writing. If you cancel the project prior to the final delivery, you will be liable for the payment of services rendered up to the cancellation point, including any preparatory work and resources already allocated to your project.

Refunds for Prepaid Services

If you have prepaid for a service or package and it has not been fully delivered or started, we may offer a refund, subject to the following conditions:

• If work has not yet begun, we will refund the full amount.
• If partial work has been completed, we will refund a prorated amount based on the work already completed and expenses incurred.

Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the quality or progress of a project, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the service. We will work with you to address your concerns, make necessary adjustments, and reach a mutually agreeable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may offer a partial refund based on the level of work completed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following services are non-refundable:

• Custom website designs or development services once final approval is given by the client.
• SEO services, including keyword research and optimization, once work has commenced.
• Prepaid digital marketing campaigns or strategies that have already been implemented.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at admin@thewebster.co.za. Include the following information in your request:

• Your project name or order number
• A description of the service or project
• Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days with the outcome.

Refund Processing

If a refund is granted, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including technical issues, server outages, or other factors beyond our control, we will do our best to resolve the matter. Refunds will not be issued in the case of force majeure events unless otherwise agreed upon.
